Registrar Application Process

Step 1

Please fill out the Membership Application form and submit it along with the application fee to the Registrar.

Step 2

Request for Examination: Upon receiving approval from the executive board, you may submit the Request for Examination which you will find in the Division you wish to join. Requests should be made at least 6 weeks prior to date of examination.

Step 3

1. Prepare for your examination by using the syllabus of the discipline.
2. Results of examination will be sent by mail in within 1 – 3 weeks. Results of examination are final, there can be no correspondence or verbal discussion.
3. In every category of examination, candidates failing an examination may not retake the same examination for a period of 3 months.

Step 4

New Members
Following successful completion of the first examination you will receive notification of annual membership dues. When you have paid your dues you will then be a member of the association and will receive your certificate of achievement, be listed on the membership list and will be sent notices of divisional meeting, AGM, and other activities organized by the Branch or your Division. Thereafter dues are paid annually.
